Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Administration, specializing in Executive Leadership & Organizational Development from Boston College and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Michael served as co-head of programming for IntEnt, Boston College’s Graduate Entrepreneurship Club.

Prior to Revby, Michael worked as a global sales director for a digital media and research publisher and as a marketing & new business development director for a consulting firm. His career began as an early employee at dot-com startup, Ask Jeeves. Fun facts: Michael has traveled across 6 continents and enjoyed a short stint as a pastry baker at Amy’s Bread, a small business in NYC.

Alex is a passionate small business consultant and economic development professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, market research, and financial analysis. His business experience began in Ethiopia, where he helped found a renewable energy company during college. During his time living in Addis Ababa, Alex taught English at a prestigious private school and was involved in multiple startups and small businesses, including a sports bar, an EdTech app, and a taxi service.

Since returning to the United States, Alex has continued to consult with small businesses and governments across multiple industries including childcare, affordable housing, athletics programming, and food service.Alex holds a Social Impact MBA and a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He completed his undergraduate studies at Carleton College, in Cinema and Media Studies. After ten years of working as a Business Analyst for one of the biggest enterprise technology companies, Gergana decided that it was time to make a big shift in her professional life. She started working as a freelance web designer in 2013 and since then worked internationally, in-house, and remotely on projects for big and small businesses, startups, and non-profit organizations.

Initially, an electronics engineering undergraduate, Shaashwat’s love for art and design inspired him to explore freelancing as a side hustle, where he learned to build solid connections with small business owners that required branding and illustrations.

He’s worn the hat of a software developer, from which he transitioned into business analysis and consulting at Accenture before pursuing his business degree and realizing his knack for marketing, storytelling, and public speaking.After graduating with his Master of Business Administration from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, Shaashwat built himself a diverse skillset that entails business aspects, such as marketing, strategy, and pricing, while building on the nuances of technology to help solidify possibilities.

At Revby, as a Small Business Consultant, he looks to further connect with clients at a human level and hopes to enable business owners in the best manner possible.In his downtime, you can find Shaashwat hitting open roads on his café-racer motorcycle, playing soccer, volunteering at a doggy day-care, burying his head in his sketchbook, or missing his five-year old German Shepherd, Shadow, who couldn’t tag along with him to the United States.Shaashwat is bi-lingual in English and Hindi.

With a multidisciplinary background in understanding people’s needs, business, and technology, Emilio’s dedication to understanding people is shown in his pursuit of a master’s degree in Innovation and Technology from Boston University. He also holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from EGADE Business School – Tec de Monterrey, with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Emilio actively promotes awareness of diversity and inclusion and integrates these principles into all his projects. Fluent in Spanish and English, he enjoys taking a cup of tea, walking at parks, eating a dessert, petting dogs, and doing yoga.

Suni holds an MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design. Suni completed her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

At Revby, Suni specializes in finance and strategy. She relishes data gathering and problem-solving with an eye on financial feasibility and sustainability. Outside of work, and on the rare occasion she isn’t being bossed around by her toddler, Suni enjoys reading and sewing her own clothes.

Brian is a product management executive who has been developing digital products since the earliest days of the Internet. Brian began his career as employee #2 of a startup, and has worked in organizations ranging from multinational corporations to national champions and has even started his own business.

Brian graduated with a BFA from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He has held positions such as VP of Platform (at SpringerNature), Principal Product Strategist (at technology consultancy ThoughtWorks), and Product Director (at both Secret Escapes and air up). Brian is a firm believer in the principles of Agile, the design thinking approach to problems, and the Lean Startup methodology for iterating quickly to success.

Brian was fortunate to have spent time living in Princeton, Paris, Atlanta, Hong Kong, and Seoul while growing up, and carried this love for international travel into his own career, working in Philadelphia, New York, the Netherlands, before settling down in London where he can be found complaining of soreness on the tennis court or occasionally relaxing with an immersive open-world console game once the kids are in bed.

In 2020, while pursuing his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Assumption University in Worcester, MA, he decided to further explore his interest in government affairs by pursuing a second major in Political Science. Strengthened by legislative experiences in San Juan and Washington DC, Benjamin looks to grow his knowledge by working to combine management, business, policy, and government at Revby.

A life-long Celtics fan, Benjamin is living the dream of working in Boston while always keeping his hometown in his heart. Benjamin is full of interests and curiosity with a goal of learning as much as possible from everyone and everything through travelling, working, studying and experiences.
