What is the Launch?

Launch & Grow: Finance + Digital Skills for Microenterprise Business Owners is a free, cohort-based business support program for very small businesses in the City of La Crosse.

The program is designed for business owners who want practical help — not theory — and need support organizing their finances, improving systems, and strengthening their day-to-day operations.

This program helps:

  • Financial literacy fundamentals for small business owners
  • Digital business tools such as online invoicing, POS, or e-commerce systems

Who is the program?

This program is for you if you:
  • Own a microenterprise in La Crosse (5 or fewer employees, including you)
  • Want clear tools, systems, and guidance you can actually use

To qualify for this free program, you must:
  • Own a microenterprise located in La Crosse
